@ca variable comp as a percent of income has gone down since 2023. Bei’s new plan. No adjustment for merit like we used to get.
Meets. 12% bonus, no merit increase. P3 at roughly midpoint.
@ca are you saying that merit increase doesn’t matter and I should hope for a higher variable?
Meets 5% merit plus 32% bonus IRM
Meets, above midpoint, 0% merit, 27% bonus
This has taught me to never expect another raise here.
Meets rating, 3% increase (not above midpoint though), with a 15% bonus. P3.
Nice bonus (10% above last year), no merit because im.above midpoint. Meets rating.
@bw “leader”
FTFY.
I’m above and got 3.3% merit 9.2% bonus. P4
@a2 Assume you are. In the end none of this matters. Complaining will not help you will be marked. They will lie and tell you that mid point can very by your specific role compared to others in a similar role nothing to do with Job Titles.
Just move on and keep doing your job. Chances are the raises going forward will be very light. Variable comp may also start getting adjusted. WF now knows they pay pretty well and variable comp is a lever they can pull to reduce expenses.
lol as the leader gets a 28% increase
Wells is known to pay well. I’d be frustrated as well, but that’s the point…they want you to leave. But you’re stuck because the job market su-ks and above midpoint is probably a pretty nice living. I reckon if you decide you’ll stick around and continue to deal with their nonsense, you can maybe drop down from a BMW X5 to an X3 on your next lease, or consider a smaller lake house. I get that is a tough pill to swallow when you’re trying to keep your lifestyle up with the housewives of Myers Park.
@a7 "very high" -- glad you're not falling for that, as suggested by the quotes.
“Very high” meets, above midpoint.
