I spend half my day in meetings that accomplish nothing, and somehow the rest of the day is supposed to cover actual work. It’s ridiculous how little time is left to get anything done, and it’s exhausting trying to keep up like this. It almost feels like a freaking joke.

Customers will no longer be able to join Oracle Zoom meetings unless they have a Zoom login set up.:
• Zoom Account Requirement: All participants must log in with a Zoom account to join.
• External Participants: External participants without a Zoom account must create one before joining an Oracle meeting.
• Phone-Only Participants: Participants joining by phone only are not required to authenticate.

Too much layers of managers. Just cut the middle management and get the work done with the remaining team. And the staff cost will reduce hudge way.
I confirm, time spent on the meetings that had no value to work, was a waste of time. Too high pyramide of the managers that had nothing to do instead of micromanaging.
No worries. 30,000 Oracle employees are about to get RIF'ed. If you and your team's MO is to "waste half your time in mertings" then no doubt you are all on the list.
Pro tip: it may be time to dust off the old resume.
