Any insight into how long is it between “pre lay off notice” and formal notice? Currently Not required to work, it’s classified as something like non-working administrative leave. Not required to come in-office. Still have teamworks access, just no systems access. Thx

When you say Teamworks access, is that Workday? Did you get your package details yet? How many days have passed since you learned about the layoff?
Some teams are giving a "pre-notice" -- basically the layoff is coming, be prepared. This precedes the 60-day non-working notice. A team in WIM did that in 2025.
I didn't get any "pre layoff notice". Called to a meeting, told "you are done, log off today no need for you to be here anymore". 60 day WARN notification period then severance.
