Some employees are denied opportunities for promotion, even when they have the skills required for higher-level positions. This happens because management's cronies are pushed forwards to take up those opportunities, even when they don't have the necessary abilities. The new culture of up and coming leadership here in BOA is based on focusing only on building your own career and your next move up. Getting a manager title and being responsible for a group of employees is seen only as the next career move and not an actual responsibility. They don't care about your career and what you do, only about their career and the next step up. We are quickly becoming a rudderless company.

if you are your managers favorite and in CLT, you get a promotion and a raise irrespective of whether you work or not.

The office where I work is very empty with very few employees showing up. And lots of myWork employees who can work from home permanently.

This bank is just promoting ethnicities, kizz azz people, non English speaking mofos and m.o.r.on.s.. This will reduce the head count and lower our standards as a bank. Thank you CEO BM for your idea of reducing headcount naturally and organically you blockhead....

100% - it's all about promoting friends and certain ethnicities right now regardless of ability, skill or tenure. At this point top talent would be silly to stay...
