@ad use the training they’ve given us: mission moments. Those are the stories that connect to actual members. Now uno reverse those stories on how the company actually treats its employees, members, and who it actually promotes and rewards.
Go back the last 5 years. There’s been a minimum of 3 rounds of layoffs every year and the same time of each year. Only thing that changes is the % / areas / groups targeted.

Do not buy USAA products. Don't bank with them. If they hurt you (violating Loyalty, Integrity, & Honesty), hurt them with the only thing their greedy minds comprehend. Money. Let your friends know on SM that the bank is on the brink. Let them know EC and EMG don't even have USAA insurance. It's a fact.
