That position sounds horrendous. Did they give you an option for the severance or did they just pick who they're keeping? This job su-ks now and adding hiring, training, doing schedule, covering call offs/short staff on top of being a rep and cleaning up backrooms. That sounds like 70 hrs a week. Those of you that took the role what you thinking????

They severed everyone in Atlantic and gave you choice of territories you could apply for within a range based on where you live. You were then notified if you were kept in New role. Smart reps took package! Ones who didn't are having second thoughts already! They also reserved territories for RMS's .
All that and they pay you 60k lmao. I wouldn't take that position for 120k
