The B-1b program you are referring to was awarded to l3harris in 2020 with an end date in June of 2025. AN/ALQ-161A will be ramping down.

L3 Harris has not filed a WARN notice with the state of New York as is required by law when more than 50 employees are being laid off.
Confirmed by my manager discreetly, the depot ops in Clifton is future toast. No more milking the R&O cow.
So much for the big raise the union got. They got the first raise in October, but the bulk of them won't be here to see the next one. And the union thought they pulled off a clever move negotiating a 5% raise for each of the next 3 years. Of course the company agreed.
