If you're in wealth, brokerage then yes
Managers are tasked with finding "like for like" replacement if they have an associate in another region
If you notice below patterns:
1) Manager is suddenly appearing cold / negative reviews, nit picking
2) They hired someone who are super eager beavers, who are good for nothing other than just wanting to have their finger print on everything is suddenly behind your back.
3) They are constantly nagging you, annoying you, poking at you just to get some reaction out of you
What do you mean by this? New hire here… did this mean if my teammates are all in the Westlake Office and I report to the Rhode Island office that I’ll be forced to relocate?
