You mean you're requested to work on quotes going via channel but having your customers as end user?
If so, that's the norm, so I'd be wondering what you've done so far.
Since when does Dell set the price of stuff being sold by the channel?
You get to set the price to the channel partner, but it's up to them how much they mark it up.
we have no clue regarding this sale mumbo jumbo.
its your endcustomer so you own the pricing, this is nothing new
