@ac This was sad because a couple of the best managers on the leadership team were let go. It seems like we punish people who actually have a soul, care about their employees, and focus on the work vs. backstabbing, climbing the ladder and drama.
@f5 What are you talking about??? Something like 16 people in Dental were laid off on 1/29, including the general manager and a few of the other bosses. Are you trolling?
@ac dental department meeting on 1/29 stated dental would not be affected by layoffs.
@ac Oh boy. A finance person in charge of network? That sounds like a recipe for disaster. Good luck over there. We got hit hard in Marketing too.
The Dental Managing Director and 3 of his leadership team members were let go, along with about 13 other employees.
The Dental business is being combined with Behavioral and they’re putting a finance person in charge of network.
We just had a manager call about this. It’s crazy. I guess we don’t care at all about this business. What is the future of this company?
