There's is around 22k BNY employees in India and 23k in US... The former is increasing while latter decreasing...

As this trend continues, US based employees will continue to represent a smaller % of the company over time. A few of us will survive (f we choose to). but the number of us will be much smaller. Let's face it, the company does not like having US employees. In their eyes, we cost too much and are not as easy to abuse as employees in India. It's all about what lines their pockets and keeps driving the stock price up. Nothing (and I do mean NOTHING) else matters.
