Just when you think these vultures can't get any lower, they skrewed people out of their hard earned bonus. People worked 11 months of the year, were rated meets, and got the unexpected shaft. So glad I got out of this toxic environment. They will do anything to skrew you. #Toxic #Shaft

@az 401k match was paid. The bonus incentive was not.

Correct. My last official day was 12/2/25 and I got my match yesterday, today I see that I also got the "Basic company contribution".
Thats because hr is telling mgmt to say they are incentivizing future contributions to the company. Wtf does that have to do with what people did during the year? Taking merit or bonuses for something future related. Its not something they should be getting away with thats for sure
@ag That should not be the case. Per policy, if role is eliminated after 10/01, 401k match is paid.
Also lost out on 11 months of 401k matches.
People still employed got shafted, lol.
All the money went to EC.
