How are all of these soft beta simps still around? And why are we bringing in more from outside? They clearly lack competence and confidence, have no authority and serve no purpose other than being middlemen.

Starting with Schart, WF hired the reject pu----s from every other NY Bank. We got the dregs from BNY, JPM, BAC, DB, HSBC and even CS. They in-turn hired even more pussified rejects from the same places so they wouldn't look bad by comparison.
You must understand: The only way to be a manager at WF is to be beta.
