You are safe if your manager is of Indian origin and if he is safe and you both belong to same caste or share some kickbacks! H1B candidates, L1 candidates, OPT students and H4 EAD spouses are mostly going to be fine. Americans will be impacted! This is true for many corporations. Not just Banks.
