The new rating system that places 20% of staff in the "Contributing / 2" category with 50-95% target payouts was designed to reduce total variable compensation.

I haven’t heard that it’s not “fully funded” whatever that means but I have heard it’s less than last year… at least for my area.
It means it’s already in leaderships bank accounts ;)
Don expect to get your full bonus payout if you make over $100k
