Well I spent 30 minutes chatting with a rep to get my $20 credit for the outage. Rep was very nice.
Can someone ask Skiadis why this is not automated. Can someone share some AI with him.

It's an IT issue, Finance just cuts the check...
It was strategic. Automation maximizes the take rate. Making it difficult keeps them from having to pay everyone. It's the same way rebates work. People don't go through the hassle to get paid.
