Why are company managers traveling to several remote locations this week and next? Are they preparing for more reductions or changes? PAC Northwest locations, Salt Lake, Tempe and Albuquerque sites are all bracing for quick turnaround meetings where leaders fly in for 2-3 hours, splash around, assess the morale and then fly out??? Seems strange in an era of cost savings. Who else is seeing this type of activity?

Such a sh---y way to treat your employees! Respect is gained when you give proper direction from the beginning! Stop playing with peoples live and start being honest on their direction! Stay you’ll get X or go and get nothing! Hate the way they treat thei so called valued employees! No value to CUSA unless you want to be enslaved! !
Canon USA does not want to be a sales organization. If you trust that Mason was put in place to run retail sales you are dead wrong.
Look at the money that Canon spent on their dealer network to come out to the Canon Summit in Las Vegas. Did you ever wonder where all the leads have gone? Canon USA, led by Mason, is looking for the dealer network to take over.
Think about it. Right now if you work at a CUSA office that means the following:
1) Canon is paying you a salary.
2) They have to pay you compensation.
3) Canon is paying the lease for your local office.
If Canon moves away from our employees and allows the dealership to take the accounts they won’t be paying you a salary/compensation and they can close the office resulting in no more rental payments on the building.
The best part of about it for Canon is they still profit from the sale of their device when the dealer sells the account that was transferred over. Does this make sense? Trust me. I am not wrong.
Mason is not here to support you. He is going to leverage his existing relationships to make deals with the dealerships to make this happen sooner than later. This is what Sammy is demanding. It’s all about profit and these small offices are not making money.
I would love for someone to tell me I am wrong.
All of the main leaders now are out of NY. Wonder why? Well NY is still producing money for the company. Those offices will be the last to go if they go at all. If you work in Salt Lake, clock is ticking. Any small office you have to be smart. They are coming.
