I'm getting so tired of this. As if it wasn't hard enough finding a job as it is, we have to waste time on all these placeholders or whatever they are.

Yeah, I experienced the same thing where I am finding out that some of the jobs I am interviewing for are just “ evergreen” job reqs where they don’t have an immediate opening but they have a revolving req posted so they can continue to stack resumes and potential talent for when they do have an actual req.
