Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Bye Bye Company Cars

Legal counsel is currently evaluating the legality of the newly implemented vehicle program and is considering the initiation of a class action lawsuit. An email intake will be created for interested parties seeking to join the action. Comment if interested, so have an idea if we have the numbers.

All levels of management are talking about the money grab. How about spending time and energy moving forward and growth.

Is anyone really surprised. Their incentive program steals money from your paycheck as a "reward". Seriously?? Who actually cashed in for useless junk. But that doesn't even matter because they dock your paycheck when it's awarded regardless of if you cash it in. Absolute scam.

I believe we would win or they would settle. A third grader can see everyone will lose significantly

I promise my mileage will not match 2025. My customer face time and trade time will be reduced. I also bet over 90% of drivers will be the same.

I’m in. The replacement program is about half the benefit to the driver. PepsiCo saving money by passing on cost to the employees. Reaching new lows, and no one’s surprised.
