All levels of management are talking about the money grab. How about spending time and energy moving forward and growth.
Is anyone really surprised. Their incentive program steals money from your paycheck as a "reward". Seriously?? Who actually cashed in for useless junk. But that doesn't even matter because they dock your paycheck when it's awarded regardless of if you cash it in. Absolute scam.
Be a terribly ran company and sticking it to your employees isn’t illegal.

I’m in. The replacement program is about half the benefit to the driver. PepsiCo saving money by passing on cost to the employees. Reaching new lows, and no one’s surprised.
