Friday I know of at least 2 organizations that had surpluses! I know WFM has something boiling! Anyone have any detail!

Work Force Management (WFM) in part is being outsourced to Teleperformance.
@1dy Yes, WFH is Work from Home, but earlier someone was saying WFM. Not sure what that is.
Changes be happening for the last 10 years. Directv be heading to the dumpster very soon.

I expect our department to be hit but honestly we have so many people I have no idea what they do. They all WFH and you never hear from them

Be careful in conversation around any legacy WFM staff as they'll run upstairs to report on you, thinking by doing do will save their jobs. There are two in particular in LA.
So when do you think something will happen in WFM and why would theirs be different timing from the surplus that happened last Friday?
DTV management leaves much to be desired, with many managers and directors showing limited skill or experience.
@OP any details on what orgs were let go? Ive heard Feb just like last year. Maybe 10%. The big IOP meeting with Morrow and the board is going on this week so im sure he's telling them the plan.
