is Innovation a good place to work? Heard some of the directors and managers quit

We are now one area with ET. I remember when we started the skunk work operation. Quite the return on investment with the millions of dollars going down the drain.

You can be extremely incompetent but if you talk a lot a steal scope, you can get promoted!
That's pretty much it, nothing innovative.
Has anybody ever seen our innovation leader outside of social events of the big wigs. Is he even aware of where the area sits. I bet he can’t name more than 10 non direct reports.
Just got done reading the innovation IT vision. Looks like open ai created it with the prompt - give me an it strategy without going in any detail but will make me look smart.
Sounds like IG will be folded into ET. Gravy train stopping at Complacently Obese depot.
I know 4 people that turned down jobs in that area. 2 of those left the company rather than have to deal with the stuff that area is known for. Lots of backstabbing and positioning with little outcome
If your idea of good is working from home, playing candy crush and binge watching Netflix then yes it’s good.
I haven’t seen anybody come through innovation and move on to bigger things. Seems to have a trap door.
Now that it is lead by a cam Ella soup executive though who knows - that screams success.

So obviously no it isn't. Fluff department that doesn't do anything and ripe for cuts
