It's brutally hard to find another job. I've been trying for a while and can attest to that. With most of us constantly on the brink of financial ruin and costs only rising, the fear is real. But this time, I'm not anxious about losing my job. I'm just exhausted and completely burnt out. It's probably time to move on, and if they cut the cord, it would almost make it easier.

@hk why don’t you just say it directly instead of beating around the bush? Do you work in Supplemental? What’s it like? I am genuinely curious.
@hk agree the leadership there is toxic
@h3 Try working on the Engineering side of Supplemental and you will know what people mean
@cc anxiety webinar? Wow. Went off on disability for anxiety and as soon as FMLA ran out so did their “concern for my health”; terminated instead of supported. F them, f all of them. I hope they get the lives they deserve.
What mental abuse are you guys experiencing? Curious
I have found myself crying at my desk more than one time a week which is INSANE.
I could not agree more. Leadership has no clue what they are doing and everything is always chaotic.
There is a thread on this board about seeking therapy because of Cigna. It's not you. The mental abuse is real.
I feel the same way. The way they are treating people is almost mental abuse. Maybe it’s just my team? Has anyone else seen the push for mental health support on Iris, including the anxiety webinar (which was great by the way). But, it seems evident that they know how they’re treating people.
Aye I feel the same way
