Rachael Clark told her group a few weeks ago that the bank is letting MN folks work from home until January 30, but she expected that to be extended. Has anyone heard if that has changed?

Who is Rachael Clark? Had no idea who she is?
@bk exactly, why bother being "ambitious" when they clearly gaslight us on "we put people first" and "we pay for performance". NO THEY DON'T!!!!
Everyone in mnpls should just work from home. It’s a statement that we’re choosing our safety and lives over badge swipes. They’re already withholding raises for anyone in the mid or higher so wtf is the point then?
Hello Frustrated Employee,
HR here. We kindly understand your concerns about your physical safety and are doing everything we can to monitor the situation. While we are deeply committed to our employee's safety, the data shows that no US Bank employees are being specifically targeted in the unrest in Minneapolis. Our recommendation is to adjust your commute accordingly to ensure you arrive to work safely, and if you need to clock in at 7pm as opposed to 7am we fully support you. Just remember that when we say "in office" we mean a full 8 hours.
Go fu-k yourself,
HR
I know of a manager that basically just said fu-k it and told their team in Minneapolis to work from home for the week. He/she didn't ask for approval and just did it. Not saying which area.
No such thing has been communicated. These high up vultures hate us.
I am afraid they won't leave until they remove all the illegals. I think this is going to be a while.. probably way past January 30th.
Nope, no one has said anything about WFH. There could be an active siege on Minneapolis right now and they’d still make us come into the office.
I have had no communication about working from home, let alone any extension.
