Currently in the process of getting managed out. I was told that there are 150 people that have all been put on performance plans. Meet a certain % of plan by end of Q or be put on an official. I would take any package if offered. Every day is like an episode of a reality show. Some made up loss that needs to be made up for. High stress, no money.

@b4 That's about the d-mbest sh-t you can do. If you quit you stop being paid. If you are on a PIP then you are getting canned after a few months anyways because they make those almost impossible to pass but, you get paid for those few months. You also should spend ALL of your time looking for a new job while on a PIP - and get paid for it. No sense in trying too hard but just do the literal minimum and... get paid for it
@b4 pay my bills and i can go :D

Don’t tolerate abusive behavior.
Sounds about right. That tracks
