If I'm spending my weekend stressed about Monday, this job isn't worth it. I'm getting my resume ready and leaving as soon as I find the right opportunity.

Just getting your resume ready is not enough. Start networking now. Many job postings are getting 100 plus applicants. You need to stand out and by the time you get noticed your severance will be running out.
@eq if that is true they are id--ts or broke. Remaining on a sinking ship for an inconsequential amount of comp is nuts.
I think many people feel this way, and I also believe people from regions that are guaranteed x weeks/months of pay if bankruptcy occurs are just waiting it out.
At this point can’t be long, max a couple of months.
@e1 We must admit the truth in this statement "You don’t know an opportunity when you see one". We are all here complaining about others and haven't taken the leap (opportunity ) to jump ship to a company that doesn't have management blaming workers.

And it’s always “ Your Manager should have gone over this with you..”
How about putting the blame where it belongs. Management. Or lack thereof.

@az Noble aspirations. If that’s truly what you want avoid a job with any Fortune 500 or fortune 100 company. Coming from someone who learned the hard way and is now happy in a medium size privately owned company. If you’re good at what you do and can deliver; this is the place to be.

They have never gotten rid of the people they should have. Weak Board of Directors, cr-ppy CEOs , horrible upper managers. It’s a big world out there- get out of that dump!
Everybody should have gotten their resume updated several years ago and used the time to look casually for the perfect job.
It's much easier to find the perfect job when you already have one.
If you wait until you need a job, you're likely to settle for something that pays less, isn't interesting, or has no future.
I've known a lot of people that continuously keep options open even right after they start a new position. That's not for me, but it works for many.
That’s likely what helped ruin this company. Along with extremely poor management and really bad decisions, that never cease to amaze people.
