From the Q&A: Employees who are made redundant are not precluded from applying for future job openings with the company. Depending on time of applications, a decision to rehire may require elevated PMG review and approval as outline in the PMG.

Why does it matter ? If you find something from IOL in the future that you want to apply, just apply. Worst thing is you spend like 15 minutes in applying and they just ignore you ??
Most are eligible for rehire, though I don’t see why you would want to. Most people get laid off don’t come back
