I tried using the ADP link in the FAQ but it rejects my mobile phone # when setting up my account.

just authenticate at my.oracle.com,- self service apps -W-2 and that opens up ADP. Do this on your Oracle computer for best results... Was amazed when it worked ;-)
Sorry, I responded earlier, didn't read the full posting. Is the mobile number the only way you could set up the account? I don't remember what information I had to supply beyond my social security number and email address, like I said I set up the account three or four years ago while I was still working. Maybe see if you could contact ADP? The W2 is there now. I expect Payroll will be mailing them out at some point for those rif'd in 2025, very likely at the end of the month.
Not in the mail, but I went to myadp.com and got mine this morning. I had signed up for that a few years ago. The W2 is there - create an account, you should be able to download it.
