@av - for plaintiff side labor law Nilges Draher, LLC - the larger the pool the more attractive...GWT likely still has lots of employees even after subtracting those that were re-badged.

@OP If anyone is getting any reduction in vacation, sick time, 401 k or being told they aren't getting full benefits when being layed off at the new company, then Gainwell is breaking federal and state laws. Period. There are a lot of lawsuits out there right now, and labor lawyers are handling cases. Anybody who has been to a lawyer, please post the lawyers' information ASAP.

It’s to get payroll off their books onto someone else’s. Guarantee they are in big trouble with their bank(s). Busting covenants. Could even be in workout.
