@2m0 lots of overweight boomer non curious folks that all went to ISU
Bloomington IT talent. Surprise - not the spring of productive talent all had hoped. Time to get greater beds of talent in US and abroad. Love the all et exec are from a gas tank away from normal Illinois.
Perhaps IT sending more onshore or offshore. Saddled with expensive too heavy non productive workforce leaves looking outside at more competitive cost the only choice.
Finally outside eyes to point out the deficiencies of a horrible group of execs with little talent - tech and leadership.
@d7 LOL, keep pounding that Kool-Aid, Slick.
Information Security has avoided layoffs and offshoring up to this point but their day of reckoning is coming. leadership has given them false hope but 2026 will bring big changes to them. trust no one.
@d7 once of these days you'll figure out that what these people say and what they do are not the same thing.
Maybe they should have heard what Howard Lutnik told WEF, this sh-t of offshoring is over.
@OP data entry portion of underwriting making policy changes
Anything they can will be, count on it! U/W already in the Philippines, South Africa and India. Gotta pay those agents and Executive bonuses! Cheap 2040 workforce, and the torment, torture and abuse the claims workforce to get them to leave and keep cost low. They don't call it Snake Farm for no reason!
