TSEP Town Hall. DD talking a lot about “right sizing” and assessing team’s workloads/team members allocated. Also mentioned as a piece of this year’s strategy- GCC 2.0 (global capability center)- where it improves the onboarding and training for ICC employees.

Literally telling us they will lay off US based workers and outsource the job to India. Good luck everybody

The PepsiCo I know is dead and with the culture from India dominating, this is no longer an American company. I truly believe PepsiCo will fail with this type of culture and ‘leadership’. It’s only a matter of time once they su-k it dry and remit wealth back to India.

If GCC is the direction Dave plans to take, then Santosh positioning himself as the GCC leader—and openly saying he will “run India PepsiCo”—is deeply concerning. The behavior of leaders around him like Rajat, Prashant, and Srinivas reflects that same sense of entitlement and power, and it’s noticeable. Radha operates at a different level altogether—her behavior comes across as bullying, with Meetu enabling and supporting it.

The travel patterns and optics that were called out in that other post resonate because they reflect what many of us are already seeing. Faisal is someone I thought was more balanced, but it now feels like he may be stepping back or preparing to retire, which would explain the shift toward GCC and Santosh emerging as the next power center.

If this is the path PepsiCo is on, it feels like the organization—especially India leadership under Santosh—is moving toward a culture driven by intimidation and hierarchy rather than respect and collaboration. That puts PepsiCo on a troubling trajectory.
