we'll all go nuts before it's over. That's months of sustained anxiety on top of the regular stress and bloated workload. I'm already exhausted. Within a month, I'll probably be wishing they'd lay me off, job and bills be damned, just so I'm no longer dealing with all this. Sometimes I wonder how we all manage to survive and stay relatively healthy.

Might last until late June or early July. Garden leave is 2 months. 78 employees NJ state wide - effective date of 4/21 to 9/2. Many received 4/2 which is not yet in NJ warn list. Goodluck to everyone.

It isn’t quitting if you are getting your mental health back.
If your department just went thru layoff this month, there is no more layoff. If layoff has not hit your department, that may be very well.
