Seems like they taking their time this year. Anyone heard anything yet? Curious to see how bad it is.

I heard they are changing the rating system next year. Anyone have the details?
for ceo this is not broken
@me - he know and does not care. His priorities lie elsewhere.
Obvious from his actions. (or lack thereof)
The weather is giving us a clue. It’s a cold cold world. Bonus as low as the temperatures.
I wonder if BM is aware the people in the middle aren’t allowed to get raises? That earned promotions are denied. That only one person on a team is allowed to get an exceeds. Only the person with exceeds gets an increase.
So - even if you did perform at exceeds, you don’t receive an exceeds because the managers vote on all the people that performed well and who will actually receive it. So your behavior and results were actually and exceeds, but don’t get the reward for an exceeds or a pay raise. So it’s not pay for performance.
Everybody please start working on your “extra”. You must do extra. We will tell you the definition of extra in Jan/Feb but in October there will be a new criteria not previously communicated and this must be a global project that you completed during the year.
Then we will remove any remaining dignity or morale by completing your review using copilot.
Your manager will be given a script “there just wasn’t a pool this year” and only an exceeds gets a raise, but you were a very strong meets. We appreciate you, you are a valued team mate.
the official "green light" for managers to communicate "final, final" is always Jan 25 or Jan 26, depending how the calendar falls.
there is always last minute "maneuvering" and "whinie-ness" among the B1s and B2s trying to placate their Favorites, minions and the rest of us plebes.
It will be the same sh!t show as every year.
We've all seen this same movie before, and yet here we dumfux are.
Cue the pre-recorded Manager Speech dictated by HR....
"while you are a High Meets/Meets, expenses continue to pressure earnings and so you are paid flat, goose egg or down." [fill in the blank for your division]
- or-
"You are my Top Performer, highly valued, and since you busted your azz, kizzed my azz, l!cked my boots (and my azz), I am THRILLED to let you know that your Compensation remains FLAT YoY. I had to fight Really Hard to keep you Flat, so I hope you Appreciate MY efforts. You're Welcome. Now, bet your azz back to work and make us some more $$$$."
Sam f-ing story, Every f-ng Year.
Thought and prayers for those of us that worked hard but got nothing.
@ee scripted by HR
@d3 Funny, was told I'm a "high" meets as well with the same 20% only exceeds story
@d3 High meets: You are exceeded our expectations, but on paper we only give you high meetings because we need to pocket that additional bonus
We had a meeting and were told that the company is looking to reward its top performers. So if you are a meets, you won't be compensated well. They said it only makes sense to want to reward our top performers, doesn't it?
Funny how they limit the exceeds ratings to 10% - 20% of the team, which means two people on a team of 10 will get an exceeds and be paid. Very convenient for the company to utilize this method.
Question for any manager out there. I understand there are three ratings: exceeds, meets, and does not meet. WHY do I keep being told I'm "high" meets? A meets is a meets, right? It is just to lessen the blow of not getting an exceeds by saying you are a high meets, isn't it?
@OP next week
Supposedly workday shows it already. Benefits and pay>compensation summary. Bottom of the page has a box listed as 2/1/26 date
Sounds like HR is still finalizing the script they give managers to accompany the highly insulting raise/bonus.
I was told more to come the week of 1/26 so we'll see. My manager did say " we don't have a lot of money left but I did what I could " so I'm expecting an .10- .30 of a merit increase
same BS story
@OP Haven't heard an amount, however I'm in a Northeast call center and were told these discussions are taking place next week
