Regional and Area done Today

Today is a really sad day. Losing such talented and hardworking colleagues hurts deeply. You all made a real impact and this doesn’t define your worth. Wishing you strength and success as you begin the next chapter of your life

@fx better news is when Kim C left Central for National. Good riddance.

@eh When did Urban get dumped? That’s the best news I heard all year. What a worthless slimy POS.

Those people in the Central Region did nothing but look for things that justified their roles and often didn’t know a damn thing about the KPI or task. When they dumped Joe Urban, they should have axed all the slugs that were working for him at the same time. They should have also disposed of another slug in the MWR, a senior manager who hasn’t done anything but take notes for the past seven years.

That’s funny. The premise is that this is a company that cares about people. It’s a soulless machine. You lament hard workers losing their jobs, that’s a joke, the company is indifferent to employees doing nothing at all, content to let people wither away. They don’t care about accountability which is why there is no meaningful performance evaluation. I’m sure you are desperate to keep your job but please align yourself with reality.
