Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Will displaced employees receive a performance review during 60-day non-working period??

Was displaced during Q4 and currently in the 60 days non-working. I can't seem to get a straight answer, but wondering if I will still receive a performance review for 2025?

I was let go PRIOR to midyears but add the 60 days and it was after. A review was written up and was in my file (Meets) but no discussion was given.

Displaced last summer. Still had access to Workday around mid year review time, uploaded to Workday with Inconsistently Meets. Got IC in January for 2025 year, so wasnt surprised. made a copy of review before shut off. In your case you will get a PM document in February with Needs Improvement or Inconsistently Meets ratings.

Yes and my boss let me know he is giving me the "does not meet" for the team based on the sole fact that I am displaced. He straight up told me. Awesome right? I've been exceeds and meets for almost 10 years.

Reviews don’t mean anything…any impact is likely decided ahead of time

As already said by @a3

For the 60 day Notice period you will have full Workday access. MAKE CERTAIN YOU PUT YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS INTO WORKDAY. Not the end of the world if you don't- just saves you an email to the employee support group. (the support group is excellent)

But you'll be able to look at your review in Workday. Also be sure to download copies of past reviews and such that you may want.

Your review is in the system, manager can just submit. No point to discuss anything.
