We've all shared our grievances, but I'm curious to know how this will affect others, not just personally, but at work. Many of us are clocking in 50+ hours a week and if they expect us to come in 8-5/5 days a week AND continue working from home... yikes.

Well let’s see. I am just now sitting down for dinner at 8:30 after coming home from the gym at 7:30.
I work from home and logged in at 7:45 and logged out at 5. I had non stop calls in teams and had so many blockers to resolve today. Barely even ate a proper lunch. I know I’m stupid for working extra but I can’t even imagine wasting time by driving to a random office just to do the same thing.
My mental, physical, and emotional health will suffer. And the work will just keep pouring and my performance will have to stay the same.. these executives are fu--ing mo--ns.
@OP My husband and I were going to start a family this year. We felt financially stable and most importantly deemed we finally had enough time with my WFH schedule that we could raise the child. Our plans are crushed. Just when you think you are finally getting settled into this crazy life, your CEO goes off the walls with a power-trip. Thanks a fu--ing lot Bill. I’ve recommended PNC to so many people for their banking and employment needs. Many of them were eventually hired. Once again thanks a fu--ing lot Bill.

Nope. Working from home has been deemed unsuitable. Zero of that from me, from here on out.
