While you are employed, you are vested at your 3rd year anniversary. If you are laid-off, you become fully vested even if you haven't attained a three-year work history.
It is sad to see the company sheds long-term seasoned people to hire staff that makes no effort to read the basic new hire info.
Quit being lazy and look at the employee handbook or intranet.

It’s literally said in the onboarding process and repeated at the mandatory new hire training and everywhere else. Why not check workday or ask you manager versus going online to this forum. You can see your vested or not and the date if you login to your account on the web too.
