If your role doesn’t align with international aka: supervisors your gone, it’s just a matter of time before more lay offs

Most certainly if your job is repetitive it will be cut. Those who are keeping positions are going to eventually be cut. Austria is where it looks like they are moving all these roles to besides Genpact. Remember how the old CEO was transitioned to Austria? I did some digging and Genpact "contractors" are very vocal and don't really maintain data security. All I can say is ALDI is going to pay a price for this move because they are handing off access to another company who really does not vet well.

I am an AB as well and I don’t think we are out of the woods yet by any means. I agree with the comment that with the recent push for items to be GS IB, we will probably see more layoffs in buying in the future. I am also actively looking for jobs elsewhere as the future looks grim for all roles in Batavia and Aurora offices. I really thought Aldi was different from other companies but I was wrong.

No cost of living increase, reduced amount in gift cards for the holidays, cracking down on in office days.... speaks volume on how they feel about our position. Our days are numbered.

I am a current AB and actively looking to leave as soon as I can, I feel I have 0 job security and the amount of stress that puts on someone is too much. I would imagine with as much change in my department already that Pricing, who has seemingly been left untouched, is hit next. Our roles have been automated as much as possible and I hear they have as well.
