I have heard that Dow is such a mess that they are sending employee overpayments to collections!! The people they eliminate, then over pay a couple hundred dollars. I've watched them overpay suppliers by millions, not pursue claims in the hundred thousands but go after unemployed ex workers for a couple hundred. Shame on you Dow.

For anyone who gets a collection letter from Dow, just challenge it. They have to abide by the collections standards any collection agency does. They must validate the debt if you request it. Then use your offset right to deduct any cost you incur from the validated debt since it's a burden on you and 100% their fault.
It's sad watching what this company has become. They used to employ a community in which most felt like family. Now Dow still throws around the term Dow Family ... BS. It's no family, it's a bunch of scared individuals who are just waiting for next round. I worked 2 decades at this company and have a lot of dirt I want to get off my chest. From mu---red beagles to blatant pollution of their communities.

Key behaviors include collecting overpayments from ex-employees, hoarding, financial infidelity (lying about money), selling off assets and overworking employees to the point of exhaustion (coercing employees to work extra hours for free as part of their “employee development”).
