Never going to happen. Be glad you can get out at 60 yoa.

With the Carrier's massive cuts in employees the answer is NO
Just saying.
New hire at age 20 would reach rule of 80 at age 50 with no furloughs. If this gains momentum it’s doubtful legislators will leave it as written. More likely that legislators would agree to a minimum age of 55 to qualify.
If I am reading correctly,a new hire if they hire at 20 will still have to work until 60 and not get furloughed ever just to reach the "Magic Number" of 80
Why don't just go 30 and out? Or even better 25 and out.
