Converse

Anyone else tired of the line “Converse teammates are on a separate timeline”?

I mean we dealt with the same stuff when it came to WHQ layoffs vs. EMEA…

WHQ: you’re fired now

EMEA: you will be fired but in 6 months once is complete and also enjoy your 25 holidays a year #because_emea

Converse has one sneaker model. They just need to improve that so the foxing doesn’t always crack at the forefoot and they are done!

@c3 ultimately, probably nobody is safe. It seems like the changes are definitely gonna be more focused on the business side (marketing, brand, development, etc.) Based upon sales and the strategy that was laid out, the business is just a little bloated.

@bp is it going to be implemented for converse tech too? Our manager said we are small team and safe.

Organizational transformation or whatever latest buzzword they want to call a layoff is going to happen in the next few weeks at Converse. They have been very clear about that. The new flying formation or whatever we are calling it today it’s supposed to be in place by the start of Q4, which is the end of February.

My team is told the literal opposite, almost daily.
