@1fj Serious question - Do you, or anyone else, know what the held back bonus funds are used for? Tier 2 capital maybe?
@de all MCs and Business Lines do a hold back at the top based on HR process. RM&C’s of 0.5% was the lowest of all groups I’m hearing.
