So basically what they did again was discriminate against wfh employees cause any of those folks who got meet some had merit snatched which was no the case for in office . The bullsh-t continues. We should just walk out

'Meets'. 3.5% and 7k GBP. I've had much better years and got f all. BS. No logic to any of of it. I wouldn't be surprised if RV has some sort of Harry Potter style sorting hat and just pulled numbers out at random.

I got “exceeds” and only 1 percent with no bonus. When I asked why, my manager said “times are tough” ——what?!????

I keep hearing people say, “At least I have a job.” But take a moment to really think about that. What kind of company expects you to work relentlessly all year without fairly compensating you for your effort? What kind of organization lets go of employees with 20+ years of service because they no longer “fit the new direction,” even though they’re outworking 90% of the staff? And more importantly—why are we expected to be grateful for that? Is that truly the kind of company anyone should aspire to work for?

Ya, I got "meets", but 0% merit increase. Still have a job though, so it could be worse.
