Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

BAU Engineering

Looks like ASE service installs have come to a crawl thanks to GPON. Has anyone heard rumor of surplus in Engineering? We have very little work. Scary ! 😱

Engineering outsourcing too much off their work.

The sales layoffs have been targeted to disproportionately affect the southeast, especially the more rural southeast markets. These areas were outperforming and outselling the SBC midwest turf and that could not be tolerated.

@a6 ding ding ding!!! Winner winner chicken dinner! RTO has crushed any motivation anyone ever had. It’s just show up and watch the clock to 8 hours on the dot. Don’t care anymore.

Has nothing to do with GPON. It has everything to do with decimating the sales teams with layoffs, unrealistic quotas and RTO nonsense. Everyone left in sales are all 8 and skate like the rest of us.
