I don't understand why leadership has to be so secretive about something that profoundly impacts our lives. We've all been stressed out for a while, speculating about what's coming and when. It's paralyzing.

It just takes time. Remember it’s only been a few weeks since many in leadership got their own. You’ll know the decisions soon enough after they make them.

Depends on your org. Hearing business is this week, care is next week - Srini confirmed every org will get impacted by march. So if your question is “could it happen soon?” - the answer is always yes if your department hasn’t already been hit.
It's very possible, but maybe not.
