It's sad I'm forced to do this while fully employed, but with nonexistent job security, it is what it is.

@g6 your upset about posting anonymously- as you posted anonymously. You have the ability to add your name. But please go on…
@g6 what does any of this have to do with it being hard to find a job? No one has even mentioned USAA here nor said anything negative about USAA.
Nonetheless the job market is cr-p right now. Has been all year.
@g6 Thank you, Human Resources, for entering the chat.
This observation is accurate & reality. , but it’s being misapplied. The message here is not with those actively seeking employment. It’s directed at individuals who choose to complain instead of contribute—those who benefit from the organization yet publicly undermine it with speculation, negativity, and unfounded narratives.
Organizations like USAA don’t weaken because of hard work or accountability; they weaken when people confuse entitlement with service. If the same effort spent criticizing anonymously were redirected toward ownership, professionalism, and forward momentum, the workplace would improve on its own.
Anyone unwilling to operate with integrity, discipline, and respect—while hiding behind anonymity to sow doubt—should seriously consider whether they belong here at all. If you’re unhappy with the mission, step aside and let others carry it forward.
Seriously no one is hiring
No one is hiring. They keep reposting the same jobs. It’s just mass data collection.
It’s tough out there, but I would keep going!
