Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Any Executives Just Login and space out? lol

I’m done riding the emotional rollercoaster of “today, tomorrow, next week.” Either let us go or let us sell—this limbo is exhausting.

Motivation has left the building, taken PTO, and blocked my number. Until the circus closes, I don’t see much contribution happening.

Best of luck to the folks making the cuts though—tripled goals with a bigger territory is… ambitious. You may want to pray, plan an escape route, or both. 😂

@c0 I wouldn’t be surprised if this turns out to be true. Leadership is shifting strategies across the board, and operations have changed significantly from what they once were. Ultimately, it’s corporate greed that’s at fault—it’s always existed, though it was more tolerable under Legere. Those claims about senior leadership team indifference toward employees are spot on. The effects will cascade to everyone involved, impacting all roles equally. It’s akin to a mass layoff in disguise. Now’s the moment for us to unite and push back. Executives at the senior director level and higher have compromised their principles and show no signs of regret.

Director level salary bonus and stocks grants are no joke. If they’re coasting for a layoff it’s pretty dismal.

Apparently it is not acceptable on this site to say who is replacing you.

Yep. I've been badging in at 8am, sitting in my office with the door closed, then go get my free lunch and sneak out the back door. Finish the afternoon off "working from home" the rest of the day (I'm really at the gym).

I'm checked out. On cruise control, hoping I get laid off. I'm a Director.

There's no hope here anymore. Nothing I can say/do for my team makes any difference if SLT keeps the current trajectory of this business. Morale is below our all time low.

@br Not sure what's so "obvious" about sales. For TFB, its not retail where you get the next Up that walks in the door. Setting appts you dont know if you'll be here to actually meet with the customer helps no one and impacts potential relationships you may have in a future position.
