Anyone know?

@cg T_Mobile hired all these others bc too many of the existing sales team members were scam artists, causing rotational churn, back stabbing their team mates to steal deals and no new growth. Every existing sales team member who didnt come from Vz or ATT I looked at in the CSR (US Cell types weren't here long enough) had so much better stat's for Net Adds than the sl--e ba--s here more than 3 yrs who were creating "new" opptys in SFDC that were really just upgrades or fake sales that were never implemented and disco'd after the 6 mo's charge back limit and credited off by Sr Mgr's in on the scam. My Director actually put out an email calling these practices out last spring and threatening termination. Of course nothing changed ...

The severance package is detailed on the internal site's HR page. Just search for it. Its not a secret.

The “package” that TOO MANY Verizon folks got was keeping their job and moving over to T-Mobile, where they haven’t contributed sh-t, are overpaid, and a burden to the company. They are the reason for all the layoffs to-date, and now we have the same type of worthless slugs from US Cellular who are overpaid, under qualified, and another burden. If T-Mobile was smart, they would get rid of those people instead of actual workers

You get to keep your phone and your plan with full 5G except during peak usage where you may only get speed of 64k

@a8 Yes, Though the high of 270 hit in March and started sliding when the Q1 results came out, then Mike S. was leaving and suddenly everyone was trying to look inside the tent to figure out how they got to 270 to begin with.

Those RSU's as of today that you got 12 months ago are worth almost $100 a share less as today's stock price close at $189. Even more "success" from Srini.

Former V-Teamer here - 25+ yrs. The recent 13k got 2 wks/yr of service up to a max of 35 weeks. All RSU's vested, 3rd party job search help. Not sure how long the health care lasted.
Heard from SMB friend laid off in Dec from T-Mo that they got 3 mo's pay with benefits, RSUs vested and at the end a package based on tenure though didnt ask if it was 1 or 2 weeks bc I'm here less than 2 yrs. I'm definitely gone, just waiting for word to drop the laptop/iPad & badge off. Then filing for unemployment after the 3 mo's (if that's what it is) runs out. Good luck to all affected - God closes a door, he opens a window - find that window. Dont be afraid to take a chance & do something different away from this corporate grind - They are all the same and we owe them no loyalty!
