Reimagined part two….i hope it’s not true.

@1zf, I didn't see GP turnover like your speaking of. The only thing I've noticed was 2 GP retiring from a specific division.
Not trying to be funny, but in the 6 years I've been working here, we've been doing reorgs. They don't call them that, but that's what they are. There's constant GP turnover and movement, which brings about massive change at lower levels.
When I joined, there was the "digital transformation" (a.k.a. we're going agile, y'all). Now that has crashed and burned because the digital teams are largely ineffective. They walked around like they were big sh-t with their new fancy titles, and they've done nothing. He-l, do they know their jobs? Because they are technically deficient and rather unpleasant to work with. Or should I say "partner" with?
Then we were Knowledge Powered and Data driven...what happened to that? Oh yeah. That's right. ER happened!
What are the latest buzzwords?
Any updates? We are close to February when historically there have been reorgs.
It’s coming. Don’t rule out reorg divisions as well now that they figured out how the first design su-ks. Constant reorg is a way of life for divisions led by clowns.
@dt I clicked on benefits and time off my page then says Investing In You, I’m in a branch, your screens may be different
@cz sorry it’s on investing in you. I was looking for the firm discounts that how I saw it
@c7 I don’t see anything on the discounts page regarding ISPs… they must have removed it but the page doesn’t show being update recently.
@c7 discounts page?
@a7 check out the Jones discounts page. For whatever reason there is a PDF for ISPs after 1/1/26.
BlackRock announced layoffs, so I'm sure the elites of EJ will see this as a reason to ratchet up.
The rumors are true. They were shared as part of the original ER announcements. Shoring 26 and AI and 27. If that’s how we’re defining rumors now…
@OP starting in 2028?
I mean we've been told that cascade 3 was in 2026 and would include more offshoring and automation, and Todd said in OPS end of year meeting that more ISPs are coming. So take that as you will. We all know that ELT lies, gaslights, twists words, and generally just su-ks at any form of communication or honesty. These are not good people calling the shots. With new RTO mandates coming in June, they are for sure hoping more people quit, especially these HBAs that have been here forever and would get a larger severance if they gets ISP.
@OP What are you talking about? We’re still in the original Enterprise Reimagined for the foreseeable future.
