Haven’t had any training since 2007, is that still a possibility?
We don't need training anymore because of all the collaboration while sitting 8 inches from your neighbors in the scammer call center footprint.

We have always had outsourced trainers. They are often used to ramp up new vendor centers. This is nothing new.
