I was watching this movie and it hit me on how well that phrase represents the bank today. I am generalizing here but for the most part it seems that our lions (level X) are being led by a bunch of lambs (level X-1) all the way up top to the CEO (level 1). No wonder the alignment seems OFF and nothing makes sense anymore.

Fully agree on the lack of fear or respect from our competitors, leadership is greatly inexperienced, not hungry, more focused on themselves that the business or the company and our competitors have no fear trying to steal our customers, our relationships and our position in the market, all because we have the wrong people in the wrong positions and we wonder why the bank and its affiliated entities cannot substantively grow the business, revenue and numbers without selling assets, moving jobs ovetseas and lsying off thousands of talented U.S. workers, leadership can't grow what they don't know and therein lies a fatal problem.
Great movie! Yes, which is why our competitors think nothing of us as they can see we are a sinking ship.
